
The Spinnaker Gourmet Stage returns to the gastro stage in Poreč, again in cooperation with the Istra & Craft Beer Festival. On Thursday, 3 October, from 7:30 p.m. at the Spinnaker restaurant in Poreč, reward yourself with 5 meticulously designed courses with premium beer as the main ingredient. Marinated salmon, foie gras terrine and beef cheek filled tortellini are just a part of the special menu signed by Spinnaker chefs

The Spinnaker restaurant has as many as two hats in the prestigious Gault & Millau guide, a recommendation in the Venezie a tavola and Istra Gourmet guides and a special acknowledgement by the Istra Tourist Board in 2018 for the Istrian restaurant with the greatest improvement compared to last year.
